Particularly pronounced are the notes of ripe cherry and plum in dark chocolate, with delicate spicy hints of licorice, red pepper, and dark tobacco.
Extremely complex and well-rounded, warm, with a velvety and rich texture on the palate.
Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts using a previously prepared “pied de cuve” starter, along with malolactic fermentation.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in a combination of new and neutral 225L oak barrels. A terroir-driven wine, emphasizing freshness and minerality, with a recognizable style and exceptionally long persistence on the palate. ANTE SLADIĆ TRIBIDRAG 0.75l

36,00

A variety that has conquered the world – Primitivo and Zinfandel are synonyms. The Americans nearly claimed it as their own, but our diligent scientists, starting with Stjepan Bulić and onward, ultimately uncovered its true origin. It is the parent of Plavina and Plavac Mali. In the past, it was the most important variety of the Adriatic – “this sea means more to me, these people will give me more.”
Tribidrag is a concentrated, fruity, spicy, and herbal wine with a hint of prošek. Juicy yet fresh, with strong tannins, a very complex and serious wine. Aged for 6 years.

CIBILIĆ PLAVAC MALI 0.75l

14,56
A more drinkable and fruit-forward wine with a subtle influence of oak barrels – the fruit aromas are more pronounced than those from wood. The grapes come from the interior of Pelješac, not from vineyards by the sea, so the sugar and aroma concentration in the grapes is somewhat lower, making the wine lighter and more fruity. Although lighter in body compared to Postup, Plavac also offers richness of aroma and flavor, but in a more elegant and easy-drinking style. Predominant notes of black berries, subtle vanilla, and a gentle smokiness.

CIBILIĆ POSTUP 0.75l

28,08
A true representative of the serious, powerful wines from Pelješac.
A complex, powerful, barrel-aged wine with pronounced body, ripe tannins, and higher alcohol content (nearly 16%).
The grapes come from the steeper vineyards by the sea – more sun-exposed – resulting in higher sugar and aroma concentration in the grapes, which later reflects in the wine’s quality: a much richer, stronger, and more complex wine with pronounced varietal aromatics, including dried fruits such as figs, the freshness of berries, spices, smoke, and oak barrel nuances.
The wine is more modern than classic versions, showing a contemporary approach and greater elegance despite higher alcohol and pronounced body; it is balanced and easy to drink.
A wine to be enjoyed.

PONOS DINGAČ 0.75l

33,10
The Dingač site, on the southern slopes of Pelješac, is one of the most renowned wine-growing regions in Croatia and was also the first wine to receive the Croatian controlled designation of origin in 1961. The sparse, mineral-rich soil, limestone bedrock, triple exposure (sun, sea, and stone), and low yields make this area ideal for cultivating the Plavac Mali variety.
Ponos Dingač is produced exclusively from hand-picked grapes from this exclusive site, where only about 0.6 kilograms of fruit are harvested per vine. This very concentration of nature’s power gives the wine its distinctive deep ruby color and complex character.
The wine is powerful, dense, and elegant – its aroma evokes ripe black fruit, dried figs, earthy notes, and noble spiciness. Aging in oak barrels further enhances its depth and roundness. Although full-bodied with high alcohol, it maintains exceptional drinkability and a long, fruity-tart finish.

PONOS PLAVAC MALI 0.75l

13,60
Plavac Mali is a full-bodied wine with a pronounced character. It is dry, with a high alcohol content (13.5–14.5%) and abundant extract, giving it solid structure and richness. Its aroma is memorable – a combination of ripe, dried, and even caramelized fruit, complemented by subtle spicy and earthy notes.
The fruit notes are lively and pronounced, while the strong tannins are softened, achieving a beautiful balance between the raw power of the variety and the roundedness of flavor. The dark red color and complex aromatic profile clearly reflect the authenticity of vineyards located in the interior of Pelješac.
