ANTE SLADIĆ DEBIT OYA NOYA 0.75l
Debit can be used for various wine styles, but historically it was most important as the well-known “žutina.” What is now popular worldwide as orange or amber wine was, in our region, the standard – a typical wine of a Dalmatian village. This wine is a direct tribute to our grandfather – who still prefers to drink his “žutina” above all else.
“Oja noja” – a shout from the ojkalica song, musical expression from the old Dalmatian region, awakens something energetically primal within us. The wine is just the same: traditional, full-bodied, serious, and firm in character.
MEDEA MALVAZIJA 0.75l
MEDEA MONTIRON MALVAZIJA 0.75l
Montiron Malvazija comes from vineyards nearly 40 years old, located at the southern tip of the peninsula.
This is a grand cru vineyard site near Šišan. The planted vines, at a density of only about three thousand per hectare, are of an old biotype. Here, they grow on terra rossa over layered stone, imparting the wine with distinctive minerality through optimal grape ripeness. The ideal climatic conditions, dominated by sun exposure almost the entire day and excellent vineyard ventilation, provide the foundation for a structured wine.
Montiron retains the freshness and drinkability of young Malvazijas while also offering the seriousness of those aged for a long time. It delivers the best of both worlds. Part of this is due to the age of the vineyards, part to the aging in barrique barrels, and part to the fact that every grape is hand-picked and carefully handled!
MENEGHETTI MALVAZIA 1.5l
The wine is a lighter straw-yellow color with a slight shade of green. Very clean and precise on the nose. It opens with herbal notes of Mediterranean herbs intertwined with elegant aromas of stone fruits of apricot, peach and green apple, with characteristic floral notes of acacia. In the mouth, the wine feels soft, medium-bodied with finely balanced acids and alcohols. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel barrels
VERALDA MALVAZIJA CASTAGNARI 0.75l
Malvazija Castagnari 2021 is produced on the Castagnari hill, in the Buje hills, characterized by white soil (flysch) and a ventilated Mediterranean climate.
The grapes for Malvazija are carefully selected from the best vineyard location, where a higher proportion of carbonates and active limestone results in greater extract concentration.
In the cellar, winemaking is carried out under reductive conditions to preserve the primary varietal aromatics.
Maceration lasts one night, followed by pressing and inoculation with native yeast (pied de cuve), prepared a few days earlier from the same vineyard.
After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees (sur lie method) in stainless steel tanks for two years, then is bottled and further aged in the bottle for at least three months before release.
VERALDA MALVAZIJA LE ROTE ECO 0.75l
The colour is amber, with aromas reminiscent of aromatic herbs, dried apricots, almonds, chestnut honey, and spices such as cinnamon, coriander, and turmeric. On the palate, it is intense and vibrant, full-bodied with a long finish. The grapes come from terraced vineyards on white soil with a warm, north-western exposure.
VERALDA MALVAZIJA XTRIANA ECO 0.75l
Crystal-clear, light yellow in color.
Clean, intensely fresh fruity aroma reminiscent of vineyard peach and summer pear, complemented by distinctive and attractive floral and herbal varietal notes such as linden, elderflower, orange blossom, and jasmine.
On the palate, dry, with medium freshness and full body, featuring a serious, oily texture that continues into the aftertaste, highlighting pronounced fruitiness reminiscent of ripe apple and Williams pear.
Exceptionally long-lasting flavor due to its minerality.
A fresh yet seriously layered white wine with a pronounced character, ready to enjoy immediately, showing interesting development in the glass and hinting at further potential evolution in the bottle.
