VERALDA XTRIAN REFOŠK ECO 0.75l
A single-varietal wine produced in special years from the selection of the ripest Refosco grapes from a specially chosen part of the vineyard at the Veralda site. The selection consists of hand-picked grape clusters.
Vibrant, intense ruby-red color with purple hues, dense, with pronounced fruitiness. Particularly pronounced are the notes of ripe cherry and plum in dark chocolate, with delicate spicy hints of licorice, red pepper, and dark tobacco.
Extremely complex and well-rounded, warm, with a velvety and rich texture on the palate.
Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts using a previously prepared “pied de cuve” starter, along with malolactic fermentation.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in a combination of new and neutral 225L oak barrels. A terroir-driven wine, emphasizing freshness and minerality, with a recognizable style and exceptionally long persistence on the palate. This is the first Croatian wine to receive a platinum medal and the title of Best in Show at the DWWA 2016.

CIBILIĆ PLAVAC MALI 0.75l
A more drinkable and fruit-forward wine with a subtle influence of oak barrels – the fruit aromas are more pronounced than those from wood.
The grapes come from the interior of Pelješac, not from vineyards by the sea, so the sugar and aroma concentration in the grapes is somewhat lower, making the wine lighter and more fruity.
Although lighter in body compared to Postup, Plavac also offers richness of aroma and flavor, but in a more elegant and easy-drinking style. Predominant notes of black berries, subtle vanilla, and a gentle smokiness.
KABOLA CABERNET SAUVIGNON 0.75l
The wine has a beautiful, vibrant ruby-red color; it is clear and dense. On the first nose, notes of fresh raspberry emerge, followed by vanilla and black pepper, with hints of nutmeg and balsamic nuances. The wine is dry, moderately warm and dense; on the other hand, it has a pleasant freshness, fine tannins, is flavorful, and is characterized by a medium body. The wine is well-balanced, with pronounced flavor intensity and good persistence on the palate. It is of fine quality and harmonious, with a note of ripe sour cherry emerging on the aftertaste.

ANTE SLADIĆ DEBIT OYA NOYA 0.75l
Debit can be used for various wine styles, but historically it was most important as the well-known “žutina.” What is now popular worldwide as orange or amber wine was, in our region, the standard – a typical wine of a Dalmatian village. This wine is a direct tribute to our grandfather – who still prefers to drink his “žutina” above all else.
“Oja noja” – a shout from the ojkalica song, musical expression from the old Dalmatian region, awakens something energetically primal within us. The wine is just the same: traditional, full-bodied, serious, and firm in character.
