A true representative of the serious, powerful wines from Pelješac.
A complex, powerful, barrel-aged wine with pronounced body, ripe tannins, and higher alcohol content (nearly 16%).
The grapes come from the steeper vineyards by the sea – more sun-exposed – resulting in higher sugar and aroma concentration in the grapes, which later reflects in the wine’s quality: a much richer, stronger, and more complex wine with pronounced varietal aromatics, including dried fruits such as figs, the freshness of berries, spices, smoke, and oak barrel nuances.
The wine is more modern than classic versions, showing a contemporary approach and greater elegance despite higher alcohol and pronounced body; it is balanced and easy to drink.
A wine to be enjoyed.

PONOS DINGAČ 0.75l

33,10
The Dingač site, on the southern slopes of Pelješac, is one of the most renowned wine-growing regions in Croatia and was also the first wine to receive the Croatian controlled designation of origin in 1961. The sparse, mineral-rich soil, limestone bedrock, triple exposure (sun, sea, and stone), and low yields make this area ideal for cultivating the Plavac Mali variety.
Ponos Dingač is produced exclusively from hand-picked grapes from this exclusive site, where only about 0.6 kilograms of fruit are harvested per vine. This very concentration of nature’s power gives the wine its distinctive deep ruby color and complex character.
The wine is powerful, dense, and elegant – its aroma evokes ripe black fruit, dried figs, earthy notes, and noble spiciness. Aging in oak barrels further enhances its depth and roundness. Although full-bodied with high alcohol, it maintains exceptional drinkability and a long, fruity-tart finish.

VOLAREVIĆ PLAVAC MALI GOLD EDITION MAGNUM1.5l

75,10
Plavac Mali Gold Edition is a wine of deep ruby color.
The wine is dominated by aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberries and raspberries, with notes of chocolate and both red and black pepper.
A very complex body with soft tannins and pleasant acidity, resulting in a balanced and distinctive wine.
This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages.
Hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and varietal aromas.
The grapes are then hand-sorted, gently crushed, and transferred to tanks for maceration, which lasts 15–30 days depending on the vintage and the desired level of extraction.
The wine is then aged in a combination of used Croatian, French, and American oak barrels to best preserve its varietal aromas.
The wine matures for 18–24 months in barrels.
After aging, the wine is transferred to large wooden tanks for stabilization and, after bottling, it is further aged in the bottle for a minimum of one year before release.

ANTE SLADIĆ DEBIT OYA NOYA 0.75l

20,00
Debit can be used for various wine styles, but historically it was most important as the well-known “žutina.” What is now popular worldwide as orange or amber wine was, in our region, the standard – a typical wine of a Dalmatian village. This wine is a direct tribute to our grandfather – who still prefers to drink his “žutina” above all else.
“Oja noja” – a shout from the ojkalica song, musical expression from the old Dalmatian region, awakens something energetically primal within us. The wine is just the same: traditional, full-bodied, serious, and firm in character.

MENEGHETTI ROSE 0.75l

15,00
The wine has a light peach color. It is highly mineral, with dominant aromas of wild strawberries, grapefruit, and lemon zest.
On the palate, it is fruity and soft, with pronounced freshness and a long finish.
In addition to being an excellent aperitif on warm summer days, it pairs beautifully with both meat and fish dishes such as carpaccio, salads with meat and fresh tomatoes, scampi, prawns, and octopus salad.
