In the mouth, the wine feels soft, medium-bodied with finely balanced acids and alcohols. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel barrels

'Crvena zemlja' (terra rossa) oko Meneghetti Wine Hotela jaka je i siromašna zemlja, bogatija kamenom nego zemljom, intenzivna, mineralna i bogata željezom, pogodna za uzgoj crvenih sorti grožđa. Zaštićena je malim brežuljkom s juga koji sprječava pretjeranu vlagu, i omogućuje lozi zdrav život i jake arome. “Crvena zemlja” Meneghetti vinograda obrađuje se na ekološki održiv način s dubokim poštovanjem prema prirodi. Loza se ručno orezuje metodom Simonit & Sirch koja je mekana, s ciljem očuvanja biljke kako bi doživjela visoku starost. Uz autohtone, uzgajaju se i internacionalne sorte grožđa kojima lokalni terroir, karakteristična zemlja i okruženje prepuno mediteranskog raslinja daju posebnost.
