San Giovanni is a blend of two native varieties: Refosco and Teran. It is fruity with a pronounced bouquet reminiscent of ripe red and black berries, featuring notes of raspberry, cranberry, and licorice.
The wine has a fresh and rich flavor.
The finish is harmonious, with a pleasant and lasting aftertaste. The wine is ready to drink but also has potential for further development in the bottle. Ripe grapes underwent maceration and fermentation with native yeasts for 10 days, with a portion of the grapes additionally undergoing carbonic maceration. After the first racking, the wine ages for an additional year in oak barrels.

ANTE SLADIĆ TRIBIDRAG 0.75l

36,00

A variety that has conquered the world – Primitivo and Zinfandel are synonyms. The Americans nearly claimed it as their own, but our diligent scientists, starting with Stjepan Bulić and onward, ultimately uncovered its true origin. It is the parent of Plavina and Plavac Mali. In the past, it was the most important variety of the Adriatic – “this sea means more to me, these people will give me more.”
Tribidrag is a concentrated, fruity, spicy, and herbal wine with a hint of prošek. Juicy yet fresh, with strong tannins, a very complex and serious wine. Aged for 6 years.

MENEGHETTI RED MAGNUM 1.5l

112,00

An elegant wine of deep ruby red color, full-bodied, with a strong and dense texture, mature and well-balanced.
On the nose, aromas of high-quality raspberries and currants dominate, highlighted by notes of vanilla, smoke, coffee, and cinnamon.
A lively, fruity, and soft wine with a complex mineral flavor, complemented by fine tannins that provide a pronounced long finish.
Aging: 18 months in barrique barrels, followed by an additional 3 years in the bottle.

PONOS PLAVAC MALI 0.75l

13,60

Plavac Mali is a full-bodied wine with a pronounced character. It is dry, with a high alcohol content (13.5–14.5%) and abundant extract, giving it solid structure and richness. Its aroma is memorable – a combination of ripe, dried, and even caramelized fruit, complemented by subtle spicy and earthy notes.

The fruit notes are lively and pronounced, while the strong tannins are softened, achieving a beautiful balance between the raw power of the variety and the roundedness of flavor. The dark red color and complex aromatic profile clearly reflect the authenticity of vineyards located in the interior of Pelješac.

VOLAREVIĆ PLAVAC MALI PLATINUM EDITION 0.75l

100,10

Plavac Mali Platinum Edition is a wine of deep ruby color.
The wine is dominated by aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberries and raspberries, with notes of chocolate and both red and black pepper.
A very complex body with soft tannins and pleasant acidity, resulting in a balanced and distinctive wine.

This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages.
Hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and varietal aromas.
The grapes are then hand-sorted, gently crushed, and transferred to tanks for maceration, which lasts 15–30 days depending on the vintage and the desired level of extraction.
The wine is then aged in a combination of used Croatian, French, and American oak barrels to best preserve its varietal aromas.
The wine matures for 18–24 months in barrels.
After aging, the wine is transferred to large wooden tanks for stabilization and, after bottling, it is further aged in the bottle for a minimum of one year before release.

ANTE SLADIĆ DEBIT OYA NOYA 0.75l

20,00

Debit can be used for various wine styles, but historically it was most important as the well-known “žutina.” What is now popular worldwide as orange or amber wine was, in our region, the standard – a typical wine of a Dalmatian village. This wine is a direct tribute to our grandfather – who still prefers to drink his “žutina” above all else.
“Oja noja” – a shout from the ojkalica song, musical expression from the old Dalmatian region, awakens something energetically primal within us. The wine is just the same: traditional, full-bodied, serious, and firm in character.

MENEGHETTI ROSE 0.75l

15,00

The wine has a light peach color. It is highly mineral, with dominant aromas of wild strawberries, grapefruit, and lemon zest.
On the palate, it is fruity and soft, with pronounced freshness and a long finish.
In addition to being an excellent aperitif on warm summer days, it pairs beautifully with both meat and fish dishes such as carpaccio, salads with meat and fresh tomatoes, scampi, prawns, and octopus salad.

MEDEA PUNTA GRECA MERLOT 0.75l

62,60

From vintage to vintage, it has proven to be one of the best, if not the best, red wine in Croatia made from Merlot grapes.

Punta Grecu is produced by Medein Marko Krstačić and Milan Budinski, the most respected Croatian wine consultant.

On just a few hectares of the cape, which is often sprinkled with salt, as many as five different Merlot clones are planted, which has proven to be a strategic advantage in modern vineyard management. The wine is deep, with aromas of sweet, ripe red and black fruit and dark chocolate.
